On Monday 10 February, Mark Dudek featured on the BBC2 ‘Culture Show’, Lego – The Building Blocks of Architecture. Narrated by Tom Dyckhoff, it explored the relationship between construction toys and architecture. Mark Dudek explained the post-war development of different building block toys in the 1950s in the context of new towns and council houses being constructed on a nationwide scale during that time.
